We won that battle for the interest of all homeowners on Little Gasparilla Island and our neighboring islands. LGIPA remains committed to preserving the island's natural beauty, fostering a sense of community, and ensuring the financial security of its residents. With the support of the community and a stellar legal team, the LGIPA is moving forward with new initiatives, standing up for homeowners' rights and securing a future that is both environmentally and financially sustainable for generations to come.
